SQF - Safe Quality Food
The SQF program is recognized by the Global Initiative for Food Security (GFSI) as a system that provides the guaranteed control of safe food throughout the chain from primary production, through manufacturing and then the distribution of food. (Finance - Industry - Retail)
The SQF system consists of the SQF Code Edition 7 code and its corresponding guidance documents. It's a Danger Point Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), a supplier's warranty code based on quality and designed to meet the food safety requirements and quality system applied by the primary producer.
The SQF Institute Code is a management system of strict food safety and internationally accredited.
There are three levels of certification available with the SQF Code Edition 7:

• Level 2: food security plans HACCP certificates
• Level 3: Comprehensive systems of security management and food quality
